Food & Beverage Vendor

2024 Agreement & Guidelines

 

  • Vendor set up: 3:00-4:30 PM – Must be set up and ready to serve by 4:45pm.
  • All vendors are required to have their booth staffed for the entire event - this is a great opportunity to promote your business to the public.
  • All vendors are responsible for setup, breakdown, cleanup and manning your table at all times throughout the event.
  • Please provide 1 or 2 different sample size food items. Each vendor must supply at least 300 sample size servings.
  • Provide your high-resolution logo and description of the sampling item(s) you are providing for printed material to bjthomas@theconnectioninc.org no later than Thursday, September 26th.
  • Each vendor will be provided with a 6ft table for setting up food, drinks, brochures, etc.
  • A plain tablecloth, small paper plates, napkins, and plasticware will be provided to you. Please let us know if you need forks, spoons, or knives.
  • All vendors must bring their own serving utensils.
  • There will be limited access to electricity. There is a shared kitchen nearby for access to water, refrigeration, etc.
  • You are encouraged to bring fliers, menus, brochures, coupons etc. to advertise your product to the public. You may also bring a tablecloth with your logo on it if you wish.
  • We will provide vendors who are serving beer/ wine with 3oz. tasting cups. Some attendees may also have 5oz commemorative glasses. Please serve no more than 3oz. per taste. All Alcohol vendors are required to have someone from their establishment pour the tastes.
  • Beer vendors don’t forget to bring pitchers and ice to keep kegs cold. There will be some ice onsite to be used as a backup only.
  • All food and beer/wine items are for tasting & enjoyment by guests. No monies will be exchanged.
  • All vendors are required to stay the entire duration of the event from 5PM - 8:30PM. Each vendor is responsible for cleaning up their own area prior to leaving. Cleanup must be completed by 10PM.
